Reviews

Pros: Training soldiers and learning to be better at my MOS

Cons: Some Officer not knowing their jobs; Limited vehicles to do job well and correct

Review:

My crew would do our preventive maintenance on our vehicles; start our prep for the next field event make sure we have all proper equipment to conduct wok safely. All the proper paperwork and signs to mark off our areas correctly, then we would pack our con-exes for the event.
Most time I had some type of counseling to do, to keep my soldiers up to date. Then we could assist the rest of the company with their duties then on to lunch.
After lunch we would either continuing helping our unit, or check to see what requirements the Battalion and or Brigade needed from the Section.
